Although you have the cooperation of the Zionist media establishment, which seldom carries news of the corruption running loose in South Africa just now, word has managed to spread.

Private organizations have members in your country—amateur spies, you might say—and they clip newspaper items, make video documentaries, and relate eyewitness accounts to their headquarters in America or in Europe.

What I'm saying is, you're not fooling anybody with your public relations. And you aren't about to start fooling anybody.

I suppose that it isn't in my interests to tell you these things, but perhaps it will do SA some good. I somehow doubt it, but we shall see.

South African Airlines, once among the greatest air passenger carriers in the world, is now among the very worst. Your policy of using SAA as a symbol of Black empowerment has put so many incompetent persons into the airline that the aircraft are falling to pieces and the corruption and general wickedness, both grand and petty, have reached comical proportions: drug smuggling, baggage thievery, pilots who cheat on tests for certification to fly passenger jets, police sometimes abetting the Black perpetrators by looking the other way or "mysteriously" losing the evidence needed to convict them.

South Africa has become the leading nation in the world—for murder and rape. Your Black citizens will rape just about anything: British tourists, children, goats, each other, etc. This is a BAD thing, yes?

I suppose that if I regarded SA as my homeland it would not be so funny. But as I see it, a bunch of monkeys, including some of You Guys, have been running South Africa the Monkey Way since DeKlerk ran off.

And, hey, don't think that I'm "picking" on South Africa especially. Other places have a similar problem.

For example, consider Washington DC. Not long ago, a pair of sniper killers were running around DC shooting people. Negro Police Chief Charles Moose declared that the killer (singular) was a "White racist," probably driving a white van. [Get it? It rhymes: a White MAN in a white VAN. "An' de man had a plan, but he gonna lan' in de can."] So while the police in Washington were looking for the White killer, high and low, leaving no stone unturned, the killers (plural) were right among them, killing invisibly—until they got careless and were arrested. It's a couple of Blacks! In a BLUE CAR.

So, yeah, we have the same problem as you do. Let us figure out how we may solve it, for the benefit of all honest citizens who do not commit robbery, rape, murder or engage in official corruption! (Hint: White rule might help.)

I appreciate your response to my letter to the SA government. However, your claims in regard to South Africa Airlines and in regard to the crime situation in South Africa were incorrect.

First, SAA is being used as a symbol of Black empowerment. That is why it has on occasion been restructured by laying off both Black and White employees, followed by a rehiring program that preferentially selected the Black applicants for re-employment. SAA is a good deal blacker than it used to be, and the results have been a sharp decline in the standards of performance and a sharp increase in corruption. You recently had the first known arrest of a (Black) pilot for possession of narcotic drugs. Your program in which pilot training was carried out by a British agency based in Australia was terminated when very few of your pilot trainees were able to pass the course. Seven of those who did pass were investigated, afterward, for bribing an official for an advance copy of a test intended to certify them for flying passenger jets. Persons with no grievance against South Africa have nonetheless reported serious deficiencies in the safety and functionality of SAA aircraft and their peripherals. They have also reported unpleasant experiences with SAA personnel.

Second, I did not say that "all" South African Blacks are rapists. But you do have a conspicuous number of rapists, and the vast majority of those rapists are Blacks. South Africa has the highest rate of child-rape in the world. South Africa has begun an education program in its northern provinces to teach Blacks that bestiality is illegal and that it is cruel to the goats which they have been raping.

Third, the "crime gap" between Blacks and Whites is not limited to South Africa. It has been measured in other countries, including the United States. I refer you to our FBI Uniform Crime Reports, available from

Blacks are more criminal than Whites, as a general rule. This is not to say that "all" Blacks are criminals; I mean, rather, that among a given number of randomly selected Blacks you will find a higher percentage of criminals than would be found among an equal number of randomly selected individuals of any other race.

I could go on, but I don't think that I need bother. Your own newspapers and public records contradict what you have told me. You should have known that I would not send a letter to your government unless I had possession of facts. Your government is determined to carry on with the pretenses for as long as it can. I don't think I will accept your invitation to visit SA soon, but perhaps one day, when the situation improves, I will stop by.

White rule might be "pie in the sky," but without it your national passenger air carrier fleet soon will be also. I doubt that I need to mention spaceflight. Your racial pride might make it difficult to admit, but you can trust me when I predict that nothing of consequence will be made of South Africa through the efforts of Blacks in the next thousand years.

Having thought about my earlier email, and especially about the way I ended it on a gloomy note regarding the prospects of Black democratic rule in South Africa, I believe that I owe you a fuller explanation for why I was so pessimistic.

First, please understand that we Americans have much more experience with democracy than you do; we didn’t invent it: the ancient Greeks did that. But we re-established it in modern times, and we know better than most about the downside that democracy has and about the pitfalls that it can lead to.

Second, Whites in America have had a great many Blacks to observe for about two hundred years. We aren’t strangers to their habits or their limitations.

Democracy isn’t magic. It isn’t even particularly good at organizing a nation. It does permit a great deal of individual freedom at first, but only at first. As time goes by, the voters give their consent to an ever-rising number of laws intended to prevent “the other guy” from doing evil. To each voter, it seems like a good idea for “the other guy” to be required to surrender a bit of freedom for the security of all. The problem is that everyone is doing it to everyone else, and the result, sooner or later, is that the “majority” becomes a worse tyrant than any military dictatorship ever could be.

Beyond that, a democratic country of any size—larger than a village or small town—is at the mercy of its media institutions for information relating to choosing the country’s leaders. Without the cooperation of the media, the voter will not even know the names of the men who wish to contend for public office, and, furthermore, the voter will only be able to learn about those men what the media choose to tell him.

The media almost inevitably are captured by special interests, which use them thereafter in pursuit of their own profit, engineering public opinion however they wish in order to secure any election outcome that they desire. The politicians in the government must then be responsive to the wishes of the media bosses instead of to the people who do the voting. Not only is freedom in a democracy doomed to fall prey to the good intentions of voters who, for lack of vision, construct the “tyrannical majority,” it also becomes farcical: media controlled elections deprive the popular will of any meaning or effect.

Third, you don’t seem to appreciate the significance of the fact that Blacks “inherited” their civilization from others. You probably figure that, since you have possession of it, it doesn’t matter how it came to be in your hands.

But you should think harder about that. If Whites had never come there, you and your kinfolk would still be wearing animal skins, living in straw huts, greasing up their hair with animal dung, and eating each other. Under White rule, the railroads were built, SAA was established and became world-renowned for excellence, and South Africa, for all its domestic troubles, seemed on the way to becoming one of the world’s great powers. Under White rule, SA farms were feeding most of Africa: something that could never have happened if Whites had not brought their ways of farming into the region.

The law was severe toward Blacks, but it was not so severe as Blacks had been toward each other prior to the arrival of the Whites. Your warrior tribes were prevented from killing each other. Blacks were cleaned up and educated to the limit of their ability.

In other words, Black South Africans, today, including those in the government, are merely imitating, imperfectly, the ways of Whites. Your people are undoubtedly trying hard, but there is a constant pressure to go back to the natural ways, the old ways, the tribal ways of warfare and raping, of indolence and self-gratification. There will come a time when weariness will make you cease to maintain even a sham imitation of the civilization that the Whites brought you.

You can prolong the struggle by having Whites advise you and guide your policies secretly, or by hiring White executives to whip your failing industries into shape. But in the long run, this won’t be enough. At every step, there will be a conflict between success on the one hand, and Black empowerment on the other, and the temptation to choose in favor of Black empowerment will be overwhelming. And it will lead to failure. A people who inherit a civilization that they were not capable of producing from scratch cannot long maintain it.

Your crime rates and falling productivity are indications that Blacks don’t have it in them to maintain the social standards of Whites. You’d do better to forget national life, heavy industry and high technology for another hundred thousand years or so, until the last Homo erectus in Africa finally turns sapiens. When you’re ready for the benefits of civilization, you won’t need anyone else to build them for you.
